Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer/Team Lead to join our development team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing new features, fixing bugs, and improving the overall performance of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of advanced mobile applications using React Native.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  3. Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  5. Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to industry standards.
  6. Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and external services into mobile applications.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, continuously improving app performance.
  8. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in mobile development.
  10. Utilize Git effectively for version control in team-based projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
  2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of ES6+ features.
  3. Experience with iOS and Android deployment processes, including App Store and Google Play submissions.
  4. Proficient with modern IDEs (e.g., VS Code).
  5. Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, RESTful APIs, MySQL, and Firebase.
  6. Skilled in using Git for version control in collaborative development environments.
  7. Experience writing unit and integration tests.
  8. Familiarity with native modules, bridging, and mobile performance optimization techniques.
  9. Understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
  10. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile build systems.
  11. Excellent problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
  12. Experience with React.js for web development is a strong plus.
