Job Description

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processes. You will approve calculations after relevant verifications and reconcile payroll data.

You will supervise the disbursement of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver.

You will lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses.

You will check and verify the audit report prepared by the team to put up for final review and approval of the management.

You will lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders with a target to get the maximum score by the authority.

You will oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient management of inventory processes.

You will review and finalize management information reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

You will supervise and review monthly submissions and ensure compliance with UK office requirements.

You will provide advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.

You will provide training to team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities.

You will supervise and mentor team on payroll processes and resolve escalated issues.
