Job Title: Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project leader to oversee our technical projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our technology team to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects. The successful candidate will have expertise in Agile project management methodologies, specifically Scrum.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Expertise in Agile project management methodologies, including Scrum.
  2. Team leadership and collaboration.
  3. Full lifecycle project management, from planning to delivery.
  4. Adaptation of project methodologies based on project requirements and circumstances.
  5. Tailored documentation and communication for technical and business stakeholders.
  6. Cross-functional coordination between departments and clients.
  7. Technical team growth and development.
  8. Scheduling and tracking project timelines, action items, and resources.
  9. Effective communication of project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  10. Risk identification and mitigation, as well as issue resolution.
  11. Project information management, including risks, issues, resources, schedules, tasks, and budgets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with 2-3 years in managing mobile app projects.
  2. Passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  3. Ability to manage concurrent projects in a dynamic work environment.
  4. Proven track record of success in managing diverse software development projects.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or engineering.
  6. Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong project estimation and resource management skills.
  8. Familiarity with various technologies and tools.
  9. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  10. Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
