Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to create, modify, and manage architectural drawings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with 2D and 3D models.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed plans, elevations, sections, and layouts for building designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure plans meet project specifications and technical requirements.
- Review and revise plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, modifying designs based on feedback as needed.
- Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation for easy access by the team.
- Evaluate designs to ensure they meet relevant zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
- Develop a strong understanding of dimensions, proportions, and scaling in architectural design.
Required Skills
- Expertise in creating, modifying, and managing architectural drawings.
- Ability to work with both 2D and 3D models.
- Understanding of architectural standards, building codes, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with architectural layouts, elevations, and section drawings.
- Skill in creating detailed drawings for construction, including floor plans, roof plans, and electrical layouts.
