Junior Account Officer
We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our finance team as a Junior Account Officer. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance/Commerce with 0-1 years of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assist the Finance Manager in formulating and implementing admin and finance policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct performance appraisals of personnel and probation completion sessions related to the admin department.
  3. Initiate disciplinary actions through investigation and resolving any issues or grievances among team members or personnel of the admin staff.
  4. Manage and supervise all resources and functions of the department related to finance.
  5. Prepare reports and analysis based on the data provided.
  6. Prepare cash book and bank book.
  7. Prepare salaries.
  8. Closings preparation.
  9. Review expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned.
  10. Communicate with bank personnel on a daily basis.
  11. Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
  12. Implement policies and procedures for lower staff to ensure fair usage of company assets, code of ethics, and company policies.
  13. Ensure quality work of office boys with regards to finance.
  14. Oversee security staff and ensure safety of office stock and assets.
  15. Handle external affairs of the company.
  16. Handle daily routine purchasing for the company.
  17. Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when needed.
