1. Promoting Excellence in Education: Develop and implement strategies to improve academic standards, monitor progress, and maintain a culture of continuous learning.
2. Teacher Development and Support: Recruit, develop, empower, and retain high-caliber teachers, providing ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their full potential.
3. Student Welfare and Wellbeing: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and social development of students.
4. Staff Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting teamwork.
