Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Professional to lead procurement and sourcing of indirect categories.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories, including corporate services, marketing, events, facilities, and general administration.
  • Lead RFQ/RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management to ensure best value and quality.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor market trends, benchmark costs, and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing, and legal guidelines.
Qualifications:

A Master's in Business or Supply Chain is required; 5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
