Telecommunications Systems Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Equipment Engineer to join our team, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of network infrastructure. As a key member of our technical team, you will contribute to the development of efficient and reliable network systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network architectures, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on network performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead the implementation of IP, CWDM, and DWDM transport networks, guaranteeing seamless integration and operation.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including NEC and OSHA requirements.
- Analyze and resolve complex network issues, leveraging expertise and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure engineering, preferably with datacenter or commercial AC and DC power systems.
