Job Title: Sustainability Manager

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sustainability Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's sustainability initiatives, ensuring that they are socially and environmentally responsible.

Responsibilities:
As a Sustainability Manager, you will serve as an internal expert and external representative on sustainability issues. You will benchmark competition and industry best practices, work in partnership with community groups, negotiate and oversee sponsorship deals, promote activities undertaken, measure the uptake and outcomes of campaigns, ensure investments are socially and environmentally responsible, build effective relationships with senior executives, craft sustainability plans, manage and track goals and metrics, manage CSR reporting process, participate in membership organizations, attend conferences, work on special projects, identify and implement sponsorships, manage external consultants and interns, make public presentations, represent the company on external boards, and work with external communications to pursue public relations, marketing, recognition and awards.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in NGO or similar roles, with a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of cross-functional project management and business analysis experience. Expertise in social and environmental responsibility, community involvement, and communications is essential. Ability to influence senior management, build business cases, lead cross-functional teams, think strategically, analyze data, communicate effectively, build strong working relationships, and develop engagement plans is also required.
