Mid-Senior Full Stack Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Full Stack Team Lead to take ownership of end-to-end development across modern web applications.

You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and delivering high-performance applications that solve real business challenges.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Architecture: Guide the architecture, design, and development of full-stack web applications.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship quality features.
  • Mentor Developers: Guide and mentor junior/mid-level developers on coding best practices and technical design.
  • Own Technical Decisions: Take ownership of technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed across projects.
  • Optimize Performance: Optimize performance and scalability on both frontend and backend layers.
  • Manage Deployments: Manage deployments, monitor application health, and implement DevOps practices using AWS.
  • Write Efficient Code: Write efficient, secure, and testable code using modern frameworks and tools.

Tech Stack:

  • Modern Frameworks: React, Svelte, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Python, AWS, REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Redis

Requirements:

  • Full-Stack Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • React/Svelte Expertise: Strong experience with React and/or Svelte, along with Tailwind CSS.
  • Backend Proficiency: Proficiency in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and modern backend practices.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Frontend Architectures: Understanding of modern frontend architectures (e.g., SSR, SPA, static generation).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Leadership Ability: Ability to lead projects and take responsibility for delivery and quality.
