**Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist Role Summary**

Responsibilities:

  2. Social Media Management: Engage with potential clients on WhatsApp and provide informative responses to their queries, while maintaining a friendly tone.
  3. Digital Solutions: Understand clients' needs and pain points, and recommend personalized digital marketing solutions that showcase the value of our services.
  4. Sales Nurturing: Nurture leads through the sales process, consistently following up to convert prospects into customers.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of efforts.
  6. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, significantly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  7. Lead Tracking: Maintain a database of potential clients and track interactions and progress in a CRM system.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively address client inquiries.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry or a related field.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
  3. Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with various social media platforms and messaging apps like WhatsApp.
  4. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and development.
