Analyzing procurement and sourcing of locally fabricated parts for rice mill-based steel structures is a crucial task. Evaluating the appropriateness of sole manufacturers, fabricators, and engineers involves technical and contractual requirements with vendors.

Interpreting, clarifying, informing, and resolving procurement issues are essential skills for this position. Coordinating with local and international teams involved in the project requires strong communication and project management skills.

  • Above 8 years of experience in a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Material Sciences
  • Sound knowledge of Structural Steel/Fabrication Engineering & Design
  • Experience in structural designing, fabrication, and execution
  • Exposure to State-of-the-Art Rice Milling Machines, Systems, and Management practices
  • Familiarity with milling industry (preferably rice milling)
  • Strong engineering and procurement-related skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Strong project management and communication skills
