Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our USA-based property management project.

  • This is primarily an operations role, focusing on the day-to-day management of existing rentals and vacation properties within the USA.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in customer service.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • At least one year of professional experience in a relevant industry, such as BPO, Admin, Virtual Assistant, Property Management, Real Estate, or Information Technology
  • Fluency in spoken English
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • The ability to write and speak proper English is essential
Job Responsibilities
  • Managing existing rentals and vacation properties
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to inform business decisions
