Creative Technologist

Decklaration is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our digital products and create exceptional user experiences. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital presence.

• Develop and execute comprehensive UI/UX design plans for multiple digital projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Design and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Partner with clients to understand their business goals and user needs, and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Present design concepts and solutions through engaging presentations, visual aids, and stakeholder engagement.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools like Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD to create high-fidelity design assets.
• Conduct thorough user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate accordingly.
• Coach junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.

• Relevant degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creativity.
• Proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD and other design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
