As a Recruitment Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize operational efficiency by quickly and accurately assimilating information and maintaining quality data in our clients' proprietary database.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather and input data into databases, and verify the accuracy of valuable company information.
  2. Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check output.

You will also be responsible for researching information needed for clients with minimal oversight, using and analyzing data from automated information aggregators to update databases, creating systems and processes to efficiently capture information, and coaching the team on usage. Additionally, you will generate leads, store responses in datasheets and databases, and perform quick checks for the validity of data.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in data entry, performing administrative duties, and providing support to management. A highly motivated individual with exceptional detail orientation and analytical skills is required to join our mission.

Requirements
  1. Superb written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  2. Fast typing, with an eye for accuracy, is required.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and online forms is necessary.
  4. Detail-oriented individuals who can develop internal processes and filing systems are preferred.
