At Skyscrapers, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, analyze resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and source qualified candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  2. Analyze CVs as per job description and company requirements.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  4. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  5. Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
  6. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  7. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive, Recruiter, or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
