Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to inform financial decisions.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions, including profitability assessments, cost control, and investment evaluations.

E-Commerce Financial Management

  • Oversee the financial aspects of our e-commerce operations, including revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and cost management.
  • Monitor online sales performance and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and optimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with financial objectives.

Cash Flow Management

  • Manage cash flow efficiently, including working capital, payment cycles, and investment opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks related to currency fluctuations, inventory, and supplier payments.

Cost Control & Profitability

  • Implement cost control measures across the organization, focusing on sourcing, production, and logistics.
  • Evaluate and optimize cost structures to improve margins in retail and online sales channels.
  • Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.

Financial Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Manage the external audit process and liaise with auditors for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: ACA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA (Part-Qualified or Qualified)
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting. Experience with financial software. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
