Job Description

A seasoned product leader is sought to spearhead the development and delivery of an innovative AI-powered healthcare platform. This cutting-edge solution integrates patient management, LLM-driven summaries, speech recognition, and multilingual capabilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, LLM, Front-End, QA), and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Vision & Strategy
    • Define the overall product vision and strategic roadmap for the AI-powered healthcare platform, aligned with business goals.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and KPIs for MVP launch and subsequent releases.
    • Clearly communicate the product's evolution and value proposition to stakeholders and teams.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management
    • Owning and prioritizing the product backlog with user stories, features, and epics aligned to the platform's goals.
    • Defining sprint goals and working closely with Scrum teams to deliver critical milestones.
    • Maintaining a release plan that balances short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partnering with UI/UX, LLM Engineers, Front-End Developers, and QA Teams to execute parallel workstreams effectively.
    • Ensuring designs and AI integrations are prepared 1 sprint ahead to enable smooth development.
    • Coordinating across AI/ML, speech recognition, and back-end services to manage dependencies.
  • Product Development & Execution
    • Overseeing the end-to-end development of features such as Patient Visit Summary Management, SOAP Notes and Intake Process Optimization, AI-based Intent-Based Summaries and Follow-Up LLM, Multilingual speech/text recognition.
    • Working with QA teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans (manual, automation, guardrails).
    • Conducting regular sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Acting as the primary liaison between leadership, technical teams, and healthcare stakeholders.
    • Delivering consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
