• Conduct field assessments to identify areas of need and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with project partners to mobilise support for project activities.
• Develop a knowledge base and relevant content for mobilisation activities, capacity building, social media campaigns, and other related tasks.
• Document and report on programs, including preparing reports, lessons learned documentation, stories of change, and other program-related documentation.
• Manage and maintain program data in both digital and physical formats.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and support the program team in achieving project results.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, trainings, and related activities.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in social sciences or a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in the development sector.
• Experience in coordination, project management, community outreach, government liaison, and event organisation.
• Proficiency in social media platforms.
• Understanding and skills in program management and reporting.
• Proactive in communication and information sharing.
• Experience working on migration issues and projects.
