Job Title: Senior UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting intuitive, sleek and user-friendly digital experiences.

About the Role:

  • Design engaging user-centric interfaces using Figma from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Create user flows, journey maps and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers developers and marketers to create beautiful interfaces that delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement design systems ensuring consistency across platforms and products.
  2. Stay up-to-date with design trends tools and techniques.
  3. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  5. Maintain accurate implementation of designs with developers.
  6. Design for both web and mobile platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma auto layout components prototyping etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.

  • Morning check-in with the product team to align on priorities.
  • Reviewing Figma files refining designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborating with developers through quick calls.
  • Researching competitors or user patterns for an upcoming feature.
  • Creating clickable prototypes for testing a new concept.
