Job Title: UX Design Lead

We are looking for a seasoned UX design lead to join our team. As a UX design lead, you will be responsible for leading the UX design team and ensuring that our digital products meet the needs of our users.

About the Role
  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the overall design strategy and vision for our digital products.
  • You'll oversee the design of user interfaces and experiences and ensure that they are intuitive and easy to use.
Requirements
  • You should have a strong background in UX design and at least 5 years of experience leading a design team.
  • You should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure that the design aligns with business goals.
  • You should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You should possess strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and develop other designers.
