We are seeking an experienced UI/UX & WordPress Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered and visually stunning experiences for web platforms across various brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Experience Design
    • Create intuitive and engaging user experiences that meet business objectives.
    • Conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our vision.
  • WordPress Development
    • Build and optimize custom WordPress sites with focus on performance, accessibility, and scalability.
    • Ensure every website meets best practices for speed, security, and SEO.
  • Brand Identity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop unified brand identities across digital platforms.
    • Elevate our digital presence with creative and compelling assets that tell a story.
    • Establish and maintain design systems and style guides that support our growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong WordPress development portfolio.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, yet effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Agility: Thrive in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
  • Vision: Stay up-to-date with modern web trends, responsive design, and performance optimization.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation in UI/UX workflows.
  • Familiarity with RevOps and growth marketing principles.
