Job Description:

As a seasoned Manager Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely financial reporting, support budgeting, and internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and manage the accounting team.
  2. Maintain accurate general ledger records.
  3. Prepare timely financial statements and reports.
  4. Monitor cash flow, banking, and investment activities.
  5. Ensure statutory and internal audits compliance.
  6. Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  7. Coordinate budget and forecast preparation.
  8. Implement and monitor internal controls.
  9. Liaise with external parties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong analytical and leadership skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent MS Excel skills.
