Call Center Representative Job Opportunity

This role is for a sales professional who can work night shifts to engage with clients in the United States. The representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, communicating with truck drivers and brokers, booking loads, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and maintaining client data.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Relevant experience in truck dispatching or sales is preferred. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have a minimum education of Matric or above, and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights.
