Job Title: Human Resources Liaison

We seek a skilled professional to manage and coordinate our industrial relations functions and specialists.

This is a dynamic onsite position with a rotation schedule, requiring significant experience in the mining industry.

Main Objectives:

  • Supervise and direct industrial relations functions and specialists in their daily tasks.
  • Establish priorities for industrial relations specialists to guarantee timely task completion and synchronize work activities with supervisors/managers.
  • Keep abreast of industrial relations procedures and protocols.
  • Guide industrial relations specialists to gather information as needed.
  • Serve as a team leader/manager or participate in special industrial relations projects.
  • Examine intricate problems and develop independent suggestions for resolutions.
  • Manage personnel affairs and create a favorable atmosphere for employee growth and professional advancement.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to implement policies consistently across all business units, functions, and locations.
  • Analyze situations, identify issues, and propose suitable actions.

Key Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field of study and ten years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills with management, colleagues, clients, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Required technical expertise to accomplish the job.
  • Able to learn and apply knowledge.
  • Focused and efficient work style.
