We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and overall supply chain efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the supply chain process and be able to analyze sales, profit margins, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate category performance.

In this role, you will work closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment to reduce stock-outs and overstocks.

You will also be responsible for managing markdown planning and clearance strategies to minimize aged inventory.

Additionally, you will analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities within categories and lead range development and SKUs rationalization.

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain plans based on market trends, consumer behavior, and sales analytics.
• Analyze sales, profit margins, and other KPIs to evaluate category performance.
• Work closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment.

• Identify growth opportunities within categories and lead range development and SKUs rationalization.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent from a recognized University.
• 05 to 07 years of experience in the Supply Chain of Superstore or FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
