• Provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding academic programs, career planning, and educational opportunities.
• Assist students in the application process for admissions, scholarships, and financial aid.
• Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and seminars on various educational topics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and parents.
• Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in academic guidance or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of the educational system in Pakistan and international education systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Empathy and understanding towards students' needs and challenges.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
