Regional Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Finance Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring all financial information is accurately controlled and reported within strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of accounting and finance operational experience in a commercial environment. They should be a self-starter, deadline-driven, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Statutory Control: Review and oversee financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls and compliance to ensure reports are free of material misstatement.
  • Manage cash flow and capital expenditure.
  • Collaborate with the Group finance team to integrate acquired schools into company processes and ensure timely reporting.
  • Implement accounting policies and adhere to group policies.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of tax, statutory accounting, and financial control best practices for the region.
  • Solid technical accounting skills with good knowledge of IFRS.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to set policies and directions, with flexibility and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships at senior levels and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance control with operational freedom for schools.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
