This role offers a unique opportunity to launch your career, guided by experienced mentors and managers. You will have the chance to rotate within 24 months through different teams, developing your own portfolio of skills and fostering the ability to transfer knowledge and apply it to daily work.

Your senior-level mentor will provide real-time feedback throughout the course, helping you define long-term career paths. Upon completion, you are expected to progress to a managerial position.

• Learn and actively participate in basic roles and responsibilities associated with key Sourcing Operations and Functions, including Product Development, Tactical Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Efficiency.
• Intern in these roles and participate as an active member in the team's success.

• Senior Managers, Costing Specialists, Materials Experts, Manufacturing Excellence Teams, Quality Teams
• T1 management and various levels of assigned departments

• Technical skills: manufacturing, planning, project management, industrial engineering, materials science, preferred
• Communication skills: presentation, efficient note taking, computer literate
• Analytical skills, reporting, and data collection
• Open mind, passionate about sports

• We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for excellence, an open and inquisitive mind, and a passion for sports. Individuals willing to learn are a good fit for this role, which requires attention to details, curiosity, spirit of observation, and discipline.
• No prior work experience is required but preferred. Vocational training (preferred in a multinational organization), MA in Engineering or MBA preferred.
• Multiple language skills: fluent English written and spoken required; German, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia an advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate at request.
