Job Title: IT Audit Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT audit manager to lead our internal audit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement an annual risk-based internal audit plan for technical operations.
  2. Participate in audit planning meetings to understand risks and define roles.
  3. Prepare pre-audit presentations for management.
  4. Identify risks and controls, and prepare audit programs.
  5. Ensure risk assessments and audit plans are in place.
  6. Perform audit fieldwork according to the plan, executing procedures and tests.
  7. Document controls and test their effectiveness, ensuring quality standards.
  8. Conduct risk-based operational audits to maximize performance and control.
  9. Evaluate operational policies for risk and establish mitigating controls.
  10. Monitor audit processes to ensure thoroughness with minimal disruption.
  11. Develop understanding of activities, risks, and controls for audit quality.
  12. Assess compliance and document findings accurately.
  13. Prepare audit reports and submit for review and approval.
  14. Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements.
  15. Work with departments to implement audit recommendations and follow up.
  16. Identify and communicate risks from audit observations.
  17. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and company policies.
