Daycare Director

We are seeking an experienced Daycare Manager to lead our Early Childhood Development Centre.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children, and manage a team of diverse staff members.

• Child Care and Development
  • Develop and implement activities that meet the needs of children of diverse age groups.
  • Ensure a high-quality, child-centred program that promotes child development.
• Leadership and Management
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
  • Manage schedules, resources, and provide support for team growth.
• Staff Development & Training
  • Foster a positive, supportive and empathetic work environment for the Daycare staff.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Health and Safety
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Parental Engagement & Communication
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with parents on their child's development and well-being.
• Operational Management
  • Ensure seamless operations in compliance with safety regulations.
  Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor's (Hons) degree from a recognised University.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role.
