Executive Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in Gujrat, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes using local ingredients and a proven track record of success in high-volume restaurant or hotel settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, leading a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a menu that reflects regional flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or menus.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously develop new dishes to enhance our menu offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, as well as international cooking techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of current food trends and ability to create unique dishes while staying within budget constraints.
