Software Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in integrating, implementing, and supporting industry-leading Trade Promotion Management/Sales Force Automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and a desire to work with a hard-working team that designs, builds, and maintains high-performance scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Write, test, and document well-structured code against designs that scales and meets customers' functional and non-functional requirements.
  2. Participate in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, unit-testing, bug fixing, and operations.
  3. Collaborate with customer projects and work closely with architects and functional consultants to design, integrate, and implement solutions that align with customer requirements.
  4. Provide development estimates for project and support engineering activity.
  5. Carry out organizational coding standards and best practices with a focus on Continuous Improvement.
  6. Promote the production of quality software and partner with the QA team to ensure high-quality output.
  7. Tackle and address customer problems and software defects.
Requirements:
  • Agile advocate and enthusiast.
  • Experience in the development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
  • Deep understanding of software applications architecture and infrastructure.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies (CI/CD) and technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS & PaaS concepts.
  • SQL performance tuning.
  • Leadership abilities, supervisory skills, time management, problem-solving orientation, presentation skills, and a highly collaborative working style.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply sophisticated subjects and technologies.
