Digital Content Creation Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist & Creator to drive our content strategy. You will conceive, create, and produce engaging video and static content for our social media channels, leveraging your knowledge of social trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches to engage new and existing audiences.
  • Provide strategic creative direction for digital platforms and marketing events, ensuring alignment with brand essence and objectives.
  • Develop high-quality video and static content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels.
  • Analyze content performance using social media analytics tools and create incremental optimizations to drive growth and engagement.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to iterate and improve content strategies continuously.
Requirements:
  1. A strong social presence or experience as a micro-influencer.
  2. Ability to pitch original concepts and contribute ideas for both video and static social media content.
  3. Comfortable working on-camera and becoming a regular face and voice in our content.
  4. Minimum 4 years of producing and publishing social-first content, preferably within the tech and B2B industry.
  5. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Deep understanding of social media platforms and ability to identify and respond to trends promptly.
  7. Ability to produce, shoot, and edit short-form videos independently and create visually appealing static content.
  8. Excellent writing skills to craft compelling copy for video graphics, captions, and comment responses.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  10. Keen eye for visual identity and brand aesthetic.
  11. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  12. Proven success in developing and executing digital content and marketing campaigns.
