Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive

Overview:

The role of a Senior Business Development Executive is pivotal in driving growth and expansion. This position involves building relationships with new clients, identifying opportunities for business development, and enhancing existing client relationships.

  • Establishing strong connections with potential clients through networking, meetings, and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Developing proposals that cater to the specific needs, concerns, and objectives of clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements, handling objections, and working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Market research, product development, and channel management are also key responsibilities, focusing on strategic partnerships and key account relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership capabilities, teamwork orientation, and multicultural competence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and presentable personality.
  • Maturity, confidence, credibility, and good relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
