We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Coordination
  2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  4. Project Scope Definition
  5. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  6. Resource Management
  7. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  8. Project Monitoring and Control
  9. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  10. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  11. Performance Measurement
  12. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  13. Communication and Stakeholder Management
  14. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  15. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  16. Risk Management
  17. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  18. Documentation and Reporting
  19. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  20. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  21. Client Management
  22. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  23. Team Leadership
  24. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  25. Performance Tracking
  26. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  27. Budgetary Management
  28. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  29. Comprehensive Project Plans
  30. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  31. Professional Development
  32. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  33. Training and Development
  34. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  35. Additional Responsibilities
  36. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  37. Documentation Tools
  38. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
