Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to foster engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters to enhance user experience and stimulate interest.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for better search engine rankings (SEO) to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to achieve performance goals and maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and product, to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and optimize business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts to engage with followers and build a strong online presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field to provide a solid foundation in marketing principles and concepts.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing to demonstrate expertise and skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.) to leverage technology and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills to convey messages effectively and engagingly.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience in paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and generate leads.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is also desirable.
