This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and skilled Seasonal Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating menus that reflect local culture and seasonal ingredients, managing all aspects of kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently served.
We are seeking a talented and seasoned Executive Chef with:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
- Experience with inventory control and supply chain management
Responsibilities include:
- Developing creative menus that meet customer demands and preferences
- Oversight of food preparation, cooking, and plating processes
- Training and managing kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service standards
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaboration with other departments to plan special events and themed dinners
