Job Opportunity: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled digital content strategist who is passionate about creating and implementing effective online strategies that drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of explosive growth on social media platforms, including YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. They will be well-versed in AI-powered tools and algorithms, with the ability to optimize content creation and strategy for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Develop and implement data-driven content strategies that convert viewers into followers, utilizing creative problem-solving skills and thinking outside the box.
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to create and optimize content, as well as navigate and exploit platform algorithms for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Launch and scale social media accounts from scratch, utilizing data-driven content calendars and performance analytics to drive growth.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of AI tools, deep understanding of social media algorithms, and experience working with emerging platforms and features. They will be comfortable with analytics and making strategic decisions based on performance metrics, and will have a finger on the pulse of social media trends and viral content formats.

Bonus points will be given to candidates with experience in video editing and graphic design, influencer collaboration, and cross-platform content repurposing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform growth strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Algorithm literacy: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media algorithms and utilize this knowledge to optimize content and drive engagement.
  • Ai proficiency: Utilize AI-powered tools to create and optimize content, as well as leverage AI ideation and scripting to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Data and experimentation: Analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions to drive growth and engagement.
  • Short-form production: Create high-quality short-form content, including vertical videos, motion graphics, and caption styling.
  • Creative strategy and copy: Develop compelling content pillars, monthly calendars, and narrative frameworks to engage audiences and drive growth.
