Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamic CRM developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web applications, server applications, APIs, and custom controls.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement new modules based on product requirements.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Debug existing app components, fix issues, and prevent regressions.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, PMs, and other developers.
  • Lead in software architecture, design discussions, and code reviews.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Fulfill company guidelines and best practices.
  • Experience deploying high-scale production applications (DevOps, Azure App Services, Azure Logic Apps, Windows Jobs).
  • Experience with Synapse Service setup, integration with Replication System.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MS degree with specialized subjects (MS Dynamic CRM, Algorithms, Programming Fundamentals & DB Management System).
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Developed some presentable Dynamic CRM applications.
  • Experience supporting languages for custom components (Python, Dotnet Core, C#).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, DevOps & Git preferred.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming & data structures.
  • Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
