Senior Lawyer

Systems Limited, a leading IT company in Pakistan, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Assistant Manager - Legal in its Legal & Corporate Affairs Department. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Law from a reputable university and be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Providing legal advice on corporate and regulatory compliances and governance processes
