Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams and translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices, experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using industry best practices and UX design principles.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather feedback and enhance user experience.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and adherence to UI/UX standards.
  • Implement and maintain UI/UX design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.
  • Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
