Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Implementation Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation and optimization of finance systems using Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM. As an experienced SME, you will oversee the configuration, rollout, testing, and support of financial modules.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management) and strong project management skills to deliver scalable finance solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion Financials, overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation projects from initiation to closure.
  • Act as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely, in-scope, and quality delivery.
  • Manage Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating testing and deployment.
  • Drive implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities, gathering requirements, designing architecture, and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  • Identify gaps in current functionalities and recommend enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users; ensure post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to promote adoption and meet business objectives.
  • Lead project governance meetings and stakeholder engagements.
  • Oversee development and deployment of financial reports and dashboards.
  • Validate system design, configurations, and manage data import/load processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12+ years in finance systems implementation/support, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Completed at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM modules.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
