Full-Stack Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack, creating and managing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, working with MongoDB to manage, scale, and optimize data storage for high-performance applications, and utilizing cloud services for optimized, secure, and scalable application deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 3-4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  2. Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications.
  3. Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and designing scalable systems.
  4. Experience with NestJS and/or Next.js is highly preferred.
  5. Strong expertise in RESTful API design and GraphQL for data querying.
  6. Experience with Payment Gateway Integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
  7. Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  8. Strong understanding of database optimization and performance tuning with MongoDB.
  9. Version control expertise using Git and GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab.
  10. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  11. Ability to write clear, maintainable, and scalable code.
  12. Knowledge of modern front-end technologies and tools, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  13. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  14. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code effectively.
  15. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  16. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
