The Regional Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing and branding plans.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years' experience in industrial sales and marketing, an MBA in marketing from a well-reputed Institute, experience managing sales teams, experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
