As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred.

Requirements
  1. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  3. Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  4. High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  5. A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
  7. Have own laptop and have access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment is necessary.
