Are you a skilled backend developer looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team and help us drive innovation in AI-powered solutions.

This role involves collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to configure and deploy voice-based AI agents using our platform. You will act as a bridge between clients, conversational AI capabilities, and technical backends, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of backend/API integration and persona/context tailoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to translate customer requirements into technical actions within our platform
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Define and refine agent personas, conversation flows, and domain-specific contexts to deliver tailored solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code to ensure high-quality deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Python or Node.js
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML payloads
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
  • Knowledge of SIP technology (high-level)
