Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Treasury and Capital Market Operations. This involves effective management of transactions, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and monitoring of authorized limits. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent team management, and decision-making abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Time-To-Action (TAT) standards.
  • Develop comprehensive functional and procedural requirements for new products/initiatives on treasury systems.
  • Ensure all Financial Market and Capital Market products are within approved limits.
  • Facilitate documentation of operational risks and detailed process flows.
  • Implement a robust settlement process with minimal manual intervention.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field with in-depth knowledge of Treasury functions.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Treasury and related functions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work environments.
  • Leadership skills, strong intellect, and a disciplined approach to change.
  • Experience with financial modeling and cash forecasting.
  • Ability to apply industry best practices to design and implement operational risk mitigation strategies.
