Senior HR Business Partner

The Head Human Resource Department is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Formulation: Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies that promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Labour Management: Manage labour-related issues and labour unions to ensure fair and safe working conditions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with HR operations.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist executive management in recruitment and selection processes to identify and hire the best talent for the company.
- HR Administration: Perform daily HR-related functions, including personnel administration and benefits management.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in HR software applications.
