Job Title: Expert Back-End Developer

We are looking for an expert back-end developer to join our team. As a back-end developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex back-end features and services using Java Spring Boot and other server-side technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices. They should also have experience with Java 8+ features, including Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming concepts.

Besides the technical skills, we are looking for a team player who can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, functionality, and optimal user experience. The candidate should be able to stay ahead of emerging trends in Java, Spring Boot, and back-end architecture, and proactively introduce new tools, technologies, or methodologies to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex back-end features and services using Java Spring Boot and other server-side technologies.
2. Lead the integration of external APIs and data sources, collaborating closely with front-end and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, functionality, and optimal user experience.
3. Optimize database performance through effective schema design, indexing, and query tuning, while managing connections and ensuring efficient data access patterns.
4. Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-documented code by adhering to advanced coding standards, industry best practices, and ensuring peer code review feedback is applied effectively.
5. Drive and conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentoring team members to enhance code quality, adherence to standards, and team collaboration.
6. Develop and maintain robust unit, integration, and performance tests, ensuring system reliability, stability, and seamless deployment in production environments.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in back-end development, with a strong focus on Java Spring Boot and associated technologies.

Skills:
1. Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and best practices.
2. Experience with Java 8+ features, including Streams, Lambdas, and Functional Programming concepts.
3. Proven track record of designing and developing scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
4. Advanced experience in developing, consuming, and securing REST APIs.
5. Proficiency in Spring Framework modules, such as Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring Batch, and Spring Cloud.
6. Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
7. Deep understanding of RESTful API design, including versioning, documentation (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI), and best practices.
8. Expertise in implementing security mechanisms like OAuth2, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and basic cryptographic techniques.
9. Experience with GraphQL APIs is a plus.
10. Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns, including load balancing, caching, and horizontal scaling.
11. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps practices.
12. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
13. Advanced experience with Git, including branching strategies, merge workflows, and repository management.
